These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and z77z ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing z77z.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the z77z platform.

Section 1 — Player Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with z77z, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. z77z reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Verification

When you register an account with z77z, you enter into a direct agreement with the platform. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your account.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on z77z. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. z77z will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify z77z support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• z77z may, at its sole discretion, request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. z77z reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior written notification to the player at the contact details registered with their account.

Section 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. z77z does not charge a fee for deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside the control of z77z and are the player's sole responsibility.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Before processing any withdrawal, z77z may require the player to complete KYC verification. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• z77z processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the platform. Typical processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are within minutes during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, technical maintenance, or pending compliance review.
• All funds deposited into your z77z account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. z77z does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or cards. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated wagers may be voided.
• z77z reserves the right to impose reasonable limits on deposit and withdrawal amounts. These limits may be applied at the platform level or at the individual player account level. Players may contact support to request adjustments to their account limits, subject to satisfactory verification.

Section 4 — Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

z77z offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all z77z bonus offers.

• All bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the real money balance and withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited. z77z's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Section 5 — Fair Use Policy and Prohibited Conduct

z77z is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds held in the account at z77z's sole discretion.

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially accelerates gameplay, places bets without the manual involvement of the account holder, or otherwise interacts with z77z in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in multi-player games to guarantee a particular outcome or to unfairly exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering, or any attempt to use z77z as a conduit for illegally obtained funds. z77z complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Players who identify technical errors or glitches are required to report them to z77z support immediately rather than exploiting them for financial gain.
• Harassment, abuse, threatening language, or any conduct directed at z77z staff or other players that z77z determines to be offensive, harmful, or contrary to the maintenance of a safe and inclusive gaming environment.

Section 6 — Responsible Gaming Obligations

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on the z77z server, the server record shall prevail.

Section 9 — Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

z77z reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time and without prior notice. z77z also reserves the right to terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these T&C, underage play, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, the player's real money balance (excluding any bonus balance) will be returned via the payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
